2/3/2014 - Bugs fixed for Sub page navigation toggle and Parent page selection

A patch has been deployed addressing sub page navigation and moving pages from one parent to another.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed a problem with moving sub-pages from one parent to another parent.
Fixed a problem with enabling/disabling sub-page navigation.
