Slideshow Module 4.2.3 Hotfix Notes

The Insercorp Development Team has released a hotfix for the Slideshow Module which improves the performance of Slideshows that do not contain YouTube videos.

Bug Fix

• Previously when a Website Administrator added a New Slide to a Slideshow in the Slideshow Module, the Slideshow Block on their website called the YouTube API even when there were no YouTube videos added to the slideshow;  this has been fixed so that the YouTube API is only accessed when the Slideshow is playing or contains a YouTube Video Slide. Slideshows without YouTube videos will no longer attempt to call the YouTube API.
