Bug Fixes

Previously when editing a Form Receipt message some users experienced an error when clicking “Edit Form” to submit the changes, leading the user to a “Page Not Found” error page on their website and changes were not saved. This has been fixed so the user is now properly returned to the list of Form Subjects and their changes are saved.
